FAQ
When do paid days start?
If your listing is active, purchased days are added to its current end date. If it already expired, they start when payment is confirmed.
Does editing restart the free period?
No. Each property gets its free period once, when first published.
What if I sell before my days run out?
Mark it as sold or rented. Unused days go back to your wallet as credit.
Do I lose days while my listing is under review?
No. If you change the location, type or operation of a published listing, our team reviews it again. Meanwhile the clock is frozen, and when it's approved you get back all the days you had left. The same applies if we temporarily suspend it to review a report.
Can I pause my listing?
Yes. While paused it stops showing and its days are frozen; when you reactivate it, you get the remaining time back.
What happens when it expires?
It stops showing in search, but stays in your dashboard with its history and can be reactivated anytime.
How can I pay?
